Mr. O'Neill has led new venture development for major businesses for over 20 years. Since founding Tiger Mountain Group in 2005, he has advised and led development efforts in over a dozen successful new enterprises. His areas of work include Mobile Banking, Speech to Text for Mobile Devices, Mobile Device Management, Broadband Wireless, Mobile Power, Mobile Tracking Services, On-Line Social Networking and others.
Prior to Tiger Mountain Group, Mr. O'Neill served as Vice President of Business Development for Motorola where he was at the forefront of their efforts to create new businesses based on emerging technologies. These included RFID, NFC (Near Field Communications) - payment via cell phone at point of sale, VDSL - Video over DSL, MVNO Mobile Virtual Network Operators, Voice Over IP, Wireless Broadband -both satellite a and terrestrial, Mobile Commerce, International PCS/Cellular deployments and many others.
He led Motorola business development efforts in Teledesic, the McCaw/Gates broadband satellite venture. He established new collaborative relationships with global cell phone carriers, T-Mobile, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, and others. Working with Motorola Ventures, he established productive new relationships with key West Coast venture capital firms. He led Motorola's investment in Ignition Corporation Fund II. His degrees include an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Neill attended the Institute of European Studies in Madrid, Spain and is fluent in Spanish.
Edward McCahill:
Mr. McCahill is an independent consultant with over 13 years experience in Microsoft where he led important efforts in consumer marketing, channel marketing and business development. His career includes over twenty years of success in high tech marketing, sales and product development. His experience includes channel launch manager for Windows® ver. 3.1, 3.11 and 95 and management of the OEM global licensing business for Microsoft Office. He incubated and brought new products to market including E-Books and Windows Rights Management Services. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. McCahill held several marketing and sales positions during 8 years with Wang Computer. His degrees include a B.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
Raja Natarajan:
Raja is the CTO, CIO Nsoro Inc. NSORO, LLC was established in July 2003 in Atlanta, GA as a Telecommunication Solutions company to bridge the gap between operators and their vendors in providing high quality services and solutions. Prior to joining Nsoro, Mr. Natarajan was the Director, Security Technology Group for Motorola. He is responsible for creating a complete portfolio of wireless security solutions. Formerly the Director, Enterprise Business Development, he co-led the development of mobile phones with Near Field Communications [NFC], specializing in secure storage and secure over the air [OTA] solutions. As Director, Product Marketing, VoIP Products, he created the first VoIP terminal adapter in Motorola with four lines of telephony and broadband. Prior to joining Motorola, Mr. Natarajan served as a Member of Technical Staff, SBC Technology Resources [Southwestern Bell] where he created business models for bidding on wireless licenses in multiple countries. Mr. Natarajan has a Master of Management degree from Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University, a Master of Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras, India.
Randy Stefanovic:
Mr. Stefanovic is the President of Source Medical Inc., a provider of innovative critical care medical equipment. Previous to Source Medical, Mr. Stefanovic served for several years in key global positions in Motorola including Vice President for Strategy and Global Business Development. Prior to Motorola he held senior positions at Alcatel where he led corporate teams in the development of new products for global markets. He is well known in the communications industry for being the first pioneer to market, sell and design SONET (Synchronous Optical Networks) for private networks. Mr. Stefanovic has extensive early stage technology experience at new technology start-ups. After leaving Motorola he served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Tollbridge (a Silicon Valley Cable Telephony Co.) While at W-Phone, a Santa Clara based provider of wireless platforms for mobile, online, retail, POS and data mining applications, he served as Vice President, Strategy & Global Business Development. Mr. Stefanovic is a graduate of the Unites States Naval Academy and served in the U.S. Navy as a communications and Intelligence officer. He holds an MBA from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Business.
